The 1921 "Parks in the Pines General Store" is located on old Route 66 just shortly after the gravel road ends and the pavement begins again going west from Brannigan Park. It's also a Union 76 gas station and deli/cafe.

The store pretty much turned itself around by moving the windows, entrance and gas pumps from the north side to the south side when the road made the same move in 1931. At the time it was selling Red Crown Gas.

The coast to coast Bunion Derby foot race passed this point in 1928.
