Pinga's Tortilla Flats restaurant is one of those places that I haven't had much luck finding information about, but it's a pretty neat looking old building. I don't know when it was built or opened, but by 2009 it had closed and reopened in Witmor Farms at Buckhorn. This building was fairly overgrown by shrubbery when we went by in 2017 and appeared to have been closed for some time.
