E. T. Padilla's Grocery & Victory Bar is on South Frontage Road 2116 in Rowe just before you make the curve to cross under I-25 at exit 307. It's easy to miss, but the ghost signs alone make it worth a stop. Rowe was basically a railroad water stor stop in the days of steam engines. I'm not sure of when the place opened or closed but I'm guessing it was a center of social life here in its heyday.

The name Victory Bar can be read on the side of the building. The oval Coors Beer sign can is still there, but the sign itself is gone.

The lettering on the front of the building is pretty well into ghost territory, but it reads:
