This motel opened in 1947 with 17 units that had garages. There was a wishing well in the courtyard. The motel has been heavily remodeled over the years and the garages are gone as is the wishing well. The motel was still standing in early 2019, but it's gone now.

They still had a pretty cool sign out front. The motel was just to the west of a McDonald's Restaurant. "Motor Inn" in neon letters, where replaced by the Weekly - Monthly portion of the sign shown here. That change happened by 2007. The sign was a cool photo op even if the motel has apparently been converted to long term rentals.
