The former Rossi Motel is till open and operating as the Braidwood Motel. Originally the Rossi Motel it was part of a family business which included the Weitz Cafe Building (demolished) and the former Rossi Service Station (now a tire store). Located on the Post-1940 alignment of Route 66 where Hwy. 129 intersects with Hwy. 113.

The Rossi Motel was built in 1951. It is located on the Post 1940 Route 66 alignment.
