1935 Miami Motor Co. Building

In 1935 this, the brick building was the Miami Motor Company, Over the years they sold Dodge, DeSoto and Plymouth automobiles.

Vintage Iron opened in 2006 in one building with a small museum in the front. In 2007 the building next door was purchased and in 2010 the museum was expanded to included an Indian Motorcycle Room. In 2011 they sold the Steve McQueen collections. Vintage Iron apparently closed about 2021.

xDid You Know: Many parts of the old 4 lane Route 66 were reverted to a 2 lane road after 66 was realigned to the interstate. In many places the abandoned lanes are still there.
